This kilt pin is a representation of the
claymore, which was a type of broadsword used in Scotland. The word
claymore originated from the Gaelic word ‘claidheamh’ that means ‘great
sword’. The design is further enhanced with a clan crest on the front
of the claymore bearing the clan motto.
The kilt pin is made from pewter with a plated antique finish.
